This policy explains how Tailored.ie ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit tailored.ie. We comply with GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
Things you tell us: name, email, county, rough budget, timeline, and any message text you send via the enquiry form.
Things collected automatically: anonymised analytics via Matomo (IP-anonymised), and standard technical data your browser sends. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no cross-site ad trackers.
Why we collect it
- Enquiry form: to match you to two or three Irish tailors who fit your brief. Legal basis: legitimate interest / contract.
- Analytics: understanding how the site is used. Legal basis: legitimate interest. No personal identifiers stored.
Who we share it with
The tailors we match you to receive your first name, email, county, category, budget, timeline, and message. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to advertisers or marketers. We store a server-side CSV copy for 24 months (reconciliation + support) then delete it.
