These terms govern the free, approval-first Tailored.ie supplier pilot. Tailored.ie is operated by Nova Vela OÜ, registry code 12512225, VAT number EE101652661, registered at Laane tn 12-7, Kuusalu alevik, Kuusalu vald, Harju maakond 74601, Estonia.
1. Eligibility and profile
The provider confirms that its legal and trading identities, public business email, services, regions, budget range and availability are accurate. Tailored.ie may pause a provider whose details cannot be verified or whose capacity changes.
2. Non-exclusive quote requests
Tailored.ie may offer the same anonymous request to more than one eligible provider. A provider may reserve a request without spending a credit or seeing client details. No more than three providers may have a quote approved and receive the client’s contact details. An offer is not a promise of work, exclusivity, response, quote acceptance or payment by the client.
3. Response commitments
The provider will aim to reserve or decline within one business day and submit a structured quote or clear consultation plan within two business days of reservation. Quotes submitted within 24 clock hours are presented to the client first; this reflects response time, not endorsement. The provider will update Tailored.ie, where known, whether the work is won or lost. Two missed quote commitments in the most recent five reservations may pause the profile until capacity is reconfirmed.
4. Credits and pilot pricing
The first 20 providers activated under tailored-supplier-v2 receive five valid introductions free; later approved providers receive three. One credit is used only when Brian approves a valid submitted quote and client details are unlocked. Retries do not create duplicate allocations or debits. A credit is restored only if Tailored.ie confirms that the lead was duplicate, fabricated, unreachable or withdrawn before meaningful contact. A credit is not restored because the client selects another provider, does not commission the work or does not reply after a valid introduction.
Paid packs are not currently active. There is no signup fee, commission, contract lock-in or pay-to-rank. No provider is required to purchase credits to remain listed.
5. Client data
Anonymous previews must not be combined with other information to identify the client. After quote approval, the provider may use released contact details only to respond to that enquiry. The provider must not sell, disclose or add the client to unrelated marketing. Data must be protected, kept only as long as necessary and deleted when the enquiry is declined, expired or no longer required, subject to the provider’s own lawful recordkeeping duties.
6. Independence and standards
Providers act independently and are responsible for their own advice, quotes, contracts, workmanship, insurance, tax and legal obligations. Tailored.ie does not endorse a provider, guarantee the accuracy of client statements or become a party to the tailoring contract. Provider payment and credit balance never affect directory placement, editorial coverage or matching rank.
7. Pause, opt-out and termination
A provider may pause or opt out by replying to a Tailored.ie message. Tailored.ie will suppress further outreach after an opt-out and may pause or terminate access for missed response commitments, misuse of personal data, inaccurate profile information or conduct that creates material client risk.

8. Records and changes
Tailored.ie records the accepted terms version, source and time. Material changes require fresh acceptance before new requests are issued. These pilot terms are governed by Estonian law, without limiting mandatory rights that apply under EU or local law.
